Linda R. Magruder
Linda R. Magruder received her bachelor’s degree from the University of Louisville and her law degree in 2001 from the Brandeis School of Law at the University of Louisville. She is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Kentucky and in several federal courts including the Supreme Court of the United States. She is a member of the American Association of Justice and the Kentucky Justice Association as well as other legal organizations.
Linda’s primary practice is in the area of insurance subrogation. She represents personal injury victims in the negotiations of claims against the victims’ recoveries. These claims may be made by providers, by benefits plans including healthcare and disability plans, both ERISA and non-ERISA, and by Medicare and Medicaid. Her goal is to insure that personal injury victims retain as much of their recoveries as possible.
