Linda R. Magruder received her law degree in 2001 from the Brandeis School of Law at the University of Louisville. She is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Kentucky and in several federal courts, including the Supreme Court of the United States. She is a member of the American Association of Justice and the Kentucky Justice Association, as well as other legal organizations.
Linda's primary practice is in the area of insurance subrogation. She works with personal injury attorneys across the nation in the negotiations of claims against their clients' recoveries.
These claims may be made by providers, by benefits plans, including health care and disability plans, both ERISA and non-ERISA, and by Medicare and Medicaid, as well as plans for federal employees. Her goal is to ensure that personal injury victims retain as much of their recoveries as possible.
Linda has earned the trust of her clients and her adversaries' respect by providing the highest quality of legal services and by maintaining the utmost level of ethics and integrity. When not practicing law, Linda enjoys watching basketball and football and is an avid University of Louisville fan. She also enjoys reading, primarily in the fiction and mystery genres.
